YOUR TRIAL
Your wedding trial is an opportunity for you to get to know Vanessa and to thoroughly discuss potential ideas you have for your desired makeup look. Some brides already have an idea of what they are after, some brides don't and that's ok! It's a good idea to gather a few inspiration photos, or makeup looks you like. Whether that's from my own gallery, social media, Pinterest, or a photo of you in a makeup look you loved, it's a great starting point. Either way your trial allows you time to explore what really works for you. Vanessa will having you holding the mirror throughout the appointment to enable you to ask questions - take this opportunity to really pick her brains!
Your trial usually takes place 1-3 months before your wedding and tends to be 1-2 hours long, allowing plenty of time to discuss makeup, your venue, your hairstylist too. It's essential Vanessa takes photos once the makeup appointment is finished to record and of course recreate the look on your big day. Wearing a white top or something that reflects the colour of your wedding dress or outfit will really contribute to seeing how your look ties together.
Having tried and test many products over the years, Vanessa's makeup kit only contains high end brands that she trusts will give you a long lasting, radiant finish and hold throughout the tears, the laughter and of course the dancing!
